User Defined Assessments

At the time this article was written, EasyReporting utilizes two User Defined Assessments (UDA). Each of these UDA’s helps EasyReporting generate the complete dataset the NHSN is requesting. The UDAs in use are as follows:

  1. COVID-19 Screening
    This assessment asks a series of easy questions related to the symptoms of the resident.

    This assessment must be completed once a day per resident.
  2. COVID-19 Test Results
    This assessment handles all testing completed on the resident. Whether you outsource your COVID-19 testing or you handle it with an in-house POC device, you’ll need to record every test with one of these assessments.This assessment must be completed for every resident COVID-19 test.
