If you are a brand new EasyReporting customer, welcome aboard! This easy, step-by-step guide will help you get up and running in no time. Follow these steps to get EasyReporting configured correctly:

Create Your Account

You probably already have your account created, but if you haven’t, head on over to the Sign Up page and create your account.

Facilities

Download our facility template and fill it out for your facilities. This is the file you will drag and drop into your Settings > Facilities page to create your facilities.

NHSN

You’ll need to give EasyReporting access to your NHSN group (or NHSN facility). Follow the steps in this guide to delegate access to EasyReporting.

QIES

You’ll want to approve third-party permissions for EasyReporting to access your QIES account so we can monitor any incitement letters CMS sends to your facilities. Follow the steps in this guide to delegate access to EasyReporting.

POC devices

Do your facilities use in-house POC devices for COVID-19 testing? If so, there’s a good chance we can import your test results into EasyReporting, eliminating one more step of data input.

Payment

Head on over to your Settings page, and click “Payments”. Configure a payment option to keep your account in good standing
